Barricades have been put up around Housing Board Chowk, Manimajra, Chandigarh since morning today. The reason for this is a rally/dharna is going to be held today by Home Guard Volunteers, Haryana here and the route is closed. Chd Police will facilitate movement of only emergency vehicles and hearse vans on this road stretch.
It is advised to take alternate route.
