The Ever Exciting PECFest is Back with Thrilling Virtual Twist

PECFest, one of the biggest techno-cultural fests of North India, is just round the corner. The three day long theme-based annual technical and cultural festival of Punjab Engineering College (Deemed to be University) is set to be held from 9th April to 11th April 2021.

The Fest usually hosts more than 110 technical and cultural events, with classics like Glitterati, BhangraTheque, RoboWars, Hack IT, Groovz and so many more, witnessing participation from all over the country!

Owing to the pandemic, the usual pomp and excitement of an offline fest cannot be replicated which is why the team has made a virtual campus event possible that is set to be just as phenomenal and grand.

This year’s PECFest is now a completely online event, boasting more than 80 techno-cultural events (as attached below):

A virtual campus has been set up on the website which allows participants a real-time experience once they register for respective events.

Given the new platform, some never-seen-before events have been introduced including intriguing online treasure hunts, virtual Open Mic, Rap Battles, gaming events, Capture the Flag, Flight Simulator, and so much more. We take this one step further with our Virtual Campus, a virtual rendition of our beloved campus.

So, come join us on 9 April 2021, and experience PECFest in a way you’ve never seen before, all from the comfort of your comfortable couch.

Because nothing has changed. And no matter what mode we adopt, PECFest is still the same grand, celebrated festival we all love and cherish!
