‘Colors Do Bring Smiles’, Student NGO, G.A.M.E. Reaffirms It

It is considered that students grow up when they stop playing games and start taking studies seriously. However, this age old notion is being changed by our grownup tricity students who have decided to not only focus on self growth but also to the growth and welfare of whole society. With this essence, they have come together to form an NGO – G.A.M.E. (Go Ahead & Make Effort).

G.A.M.E. – as childish as it may sound, but you cannot bet with what it does. This not only aims to provide financial aid to poor but also sponsors education of needy children. Some other motives include – helping the blind, promoting afforestation, charity programs etc. G.A.M.E.’s first charity drive which was executed by it is -“Festive of colors – with pale section of society”; the orphanage children on 25th Feb 2018, collaborating with Ashiana sec – 16, with the help of Happy Couple group and Manya.

On this festive of colors, they added colors in lives of others. Firstly children were provided with some gifts which included a tiffin box, stationary including notebooks, pens and pencils and a special gift for everyone. Then after the charity drive was done, everyone played Holi while dancing on the beats of the DJ.

Tricity youth is surely trying its best to make this world a better place to live in. This world needs more of inspiration shared by G.A.M.E.
